Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity available at GNWCAB to join our team through our Frontline Support role. The placement is an opportunity to learn at our front line by assisting our team in the smooth running of our busy reception and acting as the first point of contact, in person or telephone. The placement provides administrative support experience working with all teams across the organisation and will be the first point of contact for many clients. The opportunity enables learning and development in a fast-paced environment and working with a supportive team whilst contributing to helping the people in North West Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
- Work at the heart of the organisation on our busy front line. Our reception is the first port of call for clients. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working with our diverse community with a wide range of issues (no advice experience or knowledge required, training will be provided and tailored for successful candidate)
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and managing appointments.
- Handle sensitive information to create accurate case records.
- Offer administration support to the Duty Manager & other staff within the bureau.
- Respond sensitively to the needs of the client.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Act as a GNWCAB Ambassador, presenting a positive and welcoming image.
- Report directly to the Duty Manager.
- The Frontline Support role will carry out other tasks within the scope of the post.
